About Syntara
Syntara Retreats was born from a shared vision: to create a conscious, supportive, and healing space where individuals can explore the depths of their psyche with the guidance of trained professionals. Our facilitators bring decades of experience in psychotherapy, plant medicine facilitation and trauma-informed care.
Syntara weaves together Synergy, the power of collaboration, and Tara, the Sanskrit word for star and a symbol of guidance and compassion. The name speaks to a guided transformation through relationship: the coming together of cultures, and traditions, led by connection, trust, and a deep alignment with nature and spirit. Our retreats integrate the latest scientific research with traditional wisdom, providing a holistic and ethical approach to healing with plant medicine.
