Cancellation Policy

At Syntara Retreats, we understand that unexpected circumstances can arise. Our cancellation policy is designed to balance flexibility with the commitments required to run our retreats smoothly.

• Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the retreat price is required to secure your place. The remaining balance can be paid in a second installment if preferred.

• Cancellations up to 6 weeks before the retreat: You will receive a 50% refund of the total retreat price.

• Cancellations less than 6 weeks before the retreat: No refund will be provided.

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your booking to another person without any cancellation fees with the condition that the preparation session has not started and the person recommended passes safety screening.

We strongly recommend purchasing cancellation insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances that may prevent your attendance.
